Served as the Lead UI/UX Designer at Reed.co.uk, spearheading the design of their first responsive website from the ground up. Collaborated closely with a dedicated team of developers and designers to shape a new, user-centric vision. Led user research by bringing in real Reed users to test prototypes, ensuring the design met their needs. Implemented an iterative, data-driven approach, releasing the site incrementally with continuous A/B testing to refine and optimize the experience before launch.
